Ramsell Information Technologies, LLC was formed in late 2005 as a subsidiary of the Ramsell Holding Corporation and remains an independently operated wholly owned subsidiary. We maintain close partnerships with all affiliated subsidiaries and benefit from their expertise in Retail Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefits, and Public Sector Healthcare programs.

The Ramsell family of companies has over 30 years of experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors, and is contracted to work with several public health programs. Initially contracted by the City and County of San Francisco in 1975 to manage methadone distribution to their poor and homeless population, the Ramsell businesses have expanded services to other state, county and federal agencies. Successful administration of these programs programs led to the Ramsell companies becoming national leaders in the management of AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP).

Today Ramsell Information Technologies administers a proprietary pharmacy benefits platform for Public Health Rx (formerly Public Health Servcies Bureau) and provides clients with services in the areas of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Pharmacy Benefits Management.
