Michael Harper
Director of Operations

With over 20 years experience in IT, Michael brings a wealth of expertise to the role of operations management. He oversees all production application hosting and applications support operations. Michael also has tremendous experience in the health care software, not only in production management, but also in solutions development for key customers. He has expert knowledge of requirements definition, technical and business analysis, software development, and creating documentation at both system and user levels. Michael specializes in strengthening efficiency and productivity by pragmatically aligning technology with business needs.
